STWLTH is a suite of financial simulators for anyone making big money decisions — a raise, a mortgage, a rent-vs-buy, a debt payoff strategy. Our flagship is the DebtLOC Payoff Simulator: the only calculator we know of that shows the real math on velocity banking and HELOC strategies, including when they help, when they don't, and how small the actual benefit typically is vs simple extra payments.
We built the tools we wished existed: beautiful, fast, and honest. No ads. No affiliate links. No courses to buy. No bias toward any financial product. Just sliders, charts, and transparent math.
